Dear Reporting Section:
Please find attached the August & September 2021 Stormwater Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports for
the Duke University Transportation Maintenance Garage. No flow occurred during the month of August in
order to perform analytical sampling. An analytical sample was taken at SDO 2 on 9/21/2021. All analytical
results were within range of or below benchmark values. We will continue to monitor rainfall at the site in
order to collect the next monthly sample at SD02.
Thank you,
