THE ESTATE REPRESENTED BY THE CONVEYANCE OF THE PROPERTY CS A FEE SIMPLE DETERMINABLE
ESTATE, BY ACCEPTANCE OF THIS INSTRUMENT, GRANTEE EXPRESSLY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY
ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE ESTATE CONVEYED IN THE PROPERTY IS NEITHER A FEE SIMPLE
ABSOLUTE ESTATE NOR A FEE SIMPLE ESTATE SUBJECT TO A CONDITION SUBSEQUENT. GRANTOR, FOR
ITSELF AND ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, HERBY RESERVES AND RETAINS A FUTURE INTEREST, WHICH IS
COMMONLY KNOWN AS A "POSSIBILITY OF REVERTER," IN THE PROPERTY. IT 15 THE EXPRESS,
