o County or counties in which the project area is located (and nearest municipal area if
not providing GIS files).
o Rockingham County
o Locational map showing the boundaries of your project area (e.g., aerial map with
labeled roads, topo map with labels and at a zoom extent it could be relocated, etc.)

• Environmental Review Information:
o Is the background research request for Section 106 compliance or due diligence?
o Due Diligence
o Assigned Environmental Review (ER) number if the project has already been submitted
through the HPO/OSA environmental review process and received an ER number.

• A shapefile (preferred format) or KML/KMZ file if available. See Attached
