Mr. Hollowell;
David and Jonathan responded to an alarm condition at Lakeside on Saturday early morning. The floats were hung
up with grease. There is a tremendous amount of grease in the lift station.
Pictures to follow.
The amount of grease could have been jetted into the system when the shopping center was pumped/jetted. The
grease has become solid with cold weather causing a shelf. They broke up, cleared alarm. David will have to remove
grease in near future.

Please find attached the operating invoice and the 2 repairs mentioned in the November email copied below.
Lattitude Repairs have been invoiced and paid. The January invoice includes emergency work on the Clarifier and
Portside Pump. The correct address for Portside was 41504. These two repairs have not been invoiced.
