No improvements were made. However, Ms. Michelle Pharr showed the inspectors a copy of a certified check with order for the clarifier gear box assembly. Stated that the assembly should be in within the next month. The following violations still exist at the facility: *Both clarifiers are out of service. *Tertiary filter is out of service. *Anoxic mixing pumps need to be repaired. *Return pumps need to repaired or replaced. *Chlorine was present but was not being metered into the tertiary filter. *Irrigation equipment needs repair. System is non -operational. *Back-up generator needs to be replaced or repaired. *Failure to submit site map. *Failure to install monitoring wells. *Solids need to be removed from the wwtp. *Bypasses are being used to pump wastewater from the clarifier and tertiary filter to the UV channel. SAMPLE RESULTS FROM 01/11/2022 SAMPLE INSPECTION FOR THE EFFLUENT: BOD: 35 MG/L MF COLIFORM: >1200 colonies/100 ML NH3: 0.52 MG/L TURBIDITY: 24 NTU TSS: 32 MG/L TURBIDITY METER READ 4.0 NTU ON 1/11/2022. THE TURBIDITY METER HAS BEEN SUSPECT FROM PREVIOUS INSPECTIONS. DWR WILL REQUIRE METER CALIBRATION DOCUMENTATION FROM ATHIRD PARTY. THIS FLOW BYPASSED THE TERTIARY FILTER AND CHLORINE DISINFECTION SYSTEM. OPERATOR HAD PUT CHLORINE TABLETS IN EFFLUENT CHANNEL BUT DID NOT MEET THE DETENTION TIME.
