13. CLEARING AND GRUBBING OF THE SITE TO INCLUDE REMOVAL OF CURB,
ASPHALT, INLETS, AND ANY OTHER STRUCTURES INCLUDING TREES, SHRUBS,
STUMPS, AND DEBRIS LANDSCAPE FEATURES NOT REQUIRED TO BE
CLEARED FOR CONSTRUCTION SHALL REMAIN UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED.
14. WHERE EXCAVATION IS REQUIRED UNDER EXISTING ASPHALT OR CONCRETE
PAVEMENT, THE EXISTING PAVEMENT SHALL BE SAW CUT IN A MANNER TO
