This inspection was conducted to determine if the system is being operated and maintained in compliance with General Permit no. NCG550000. Prior to the inspection, Ms. Armeni spoke with the owner, Mr. David Forkner. The property is used as a commercial business, and both the system and property appeared well-maintained. Mr. Forkner said he has not seen the system discharge, therfore annual sampling has not been required. At the time of the inspection, the system was not discharging. NCG551116 17 (Cont.)
