Hi Doug,
Please see attached for updates to the DWR#22-0079/ SAW-2021-01573 application per your latest comments
for more detail/justification for impacts to Stream N and the crossing location of Stream A. I've added some
bulleted descriptions below and also have attached updated plans to reflect these details.
I have also copied Krysta to keep her aware of these updates.
Regarding Impacts to Stream N:
• Impacts to Stream N have been eliminated by removing the two proposed lots.
Regarding Impacts to Stream A:
• Several crossing locations were examined and the proposed crossing location impacted the least amount
of aquatic resources. The difference in grade becomes more severe to the south of the proposed crossing,
requiring a wider tie out sope and impacting more wetlands. The proposed crossing location is the
narrowest area within favorable topography. The current crossing location has a —5.5 foot wide
disturbance, with 126 LF/0.016 AC. Please see below for details on two of the alternative alignments.
• East of the proposed crossing location: —6.5 foot wide disturbance to streams, approximately 145
LF/0.21 AC of disturbance
• West of the proposed crossing location: —8 foot wide disturbance to streams, approximately 114 LF/0.17
AC of disturbance.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Amber
