The Washington Regional Office has conducted a review of the 2021 Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR)
for the City of New Bern. With the updated corrections that were submitted on March 21, 2022, the review
indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the
Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR will be due March
1, 2023.
The City of New Bern is reminded that B.S.H. Home Appliances — Range, Chatsworth Products, Inc. and
Coastal Regional Solid Waste Management permits expire on December 31, 2022.
