If Kenansville wishes to modify their permit for an expansion to 0.25 MGD, they should submit a formal NPDES permit application. Therefore, it is requested that a wasteload allocation for discharge into Grove Creek at the present location be developed for a flow of 0.250 mgd. The current limits are BOD5 28/20 winter/summer, NH3 13/5 winter/summer and TSS 30. Enclosed please find a map depicting the present discharge point on Grove Creek. Although it is not topographic, I hope it is adequate for the development of the requested wasteload allocation. If you have any questions or need additional information please contact me at 3-6900.
