Department of Correction Duplin Subsidiary #4125 Municipal Sewerage Tie Reference is made to your November 17, 1983, meeting with Mr. William N. Stovall of this office, and Mr. Preston Howard of the Division of Environmental Management, regarding our proposed municipal sewerage tie for the Duplin Subsidiary. The North Carolina Department of Correction would like to formally request municipal sewer service from the Town.of Kenansville. The Duplin Subsidiary currently utilizes a septic tank - surface discharge treatment system that we anticipate abandoning once municipal sewer service becomes available. Daily water usage at this facility averages approximately 10,000 gallons. Your continuing co-operation in this matter is greatly appreciated. RJK:WNS:tlw cc: Mr. Preston Howard, DEM Mr. W. N.
