ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS NonDischarge Permit W00014808 was issued to The City of Elizabeth City for the operation of a Surface Disposal Unit, the SDU acted as temporar(wet months) storage of WTP residuals. The residuals were excavated, gravity dried, and land applied under Permit WQ0033587. Permit WQ0014808 was rescinded, but Elizabeth City remains in the Attachment A of Permit WQ003587as a source.
