The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) under General Permit
NCG510000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG510324 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

Our office (WaRO) has no issues with rescinding these permits. Based on observations made during inspections in 2015
and 2020, the system at Woody's Texaco has been completely removed and the system at the Roberson store has not
operated in quite some time and is currently not operational.

I would like the permits rescinded for Woody's Texaco and Noah Roberson Store - NCG510324 & NCG510388. Woody's
has an NFA and the incident manager for Noah Roberson has indicated that the system won't return to action. Thanks!
