The engineer certified that this was the case (see bciov-!). i am not sure of the "repcir" that is needed? this system was originally designed —2006 as an infiltration basin. That system failed, and in 2015 the berm blew out into the w lands. (It was a siE,,riificant breach.) We worked wi'Lh the engineers to try to get the oriLinal design to ra'ori:, but the wu`I-er table was too high. It 1had to be redesigned as a wot pond rather than an infiltration basin.
