This letter is to acknowledge receipt of the City of Greensboro's check number 454633, dated
February 17, 2022, in the amount of $1,000.00. The check was received in our offices on. March 9,
2022. This payment satisfies in full the stipulated penalty levied against the City per the terms of the
subject Special Order by Consent (SOC) and this case has been closed. Payment of this stipulated
penalty in no way precludes further action by this Division for additional violations of applicable
statutes, regulations, permits or the SOC.
Please note the case number assigned to this matter as shown in the subject section above. An
incorrect case number was noted within the Division's February 14, 2022 stipulated penalty demand
letter. For any future reference, this action shall be documented as case SP-2022-0006. We apologize
