Unfortunately we cannot process the Permit Name/Ownership Change Request submitted on 2/26/2022 any
further. A Stormwater Program staff member will be in touch with more information.
Comments during review: Legal documentation of transfer of ownership (such as relevant pages of a contract
deed, or a bill of sale) is required for an ownership change request. Articles of incorporation, such as the Asset
Purchase Agreement, is not sufficient for an ownership change and proof of final sale.
