The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received and reviewed the 2021 Annual Report (AR) for the
above permit. The report indicates that there were no land application activities under this permit for
2021.
This permit WQ0006984 was rescinded in July of 2021. Residuals generated at this facility are now
incorporated under the Synagro Western Piedmont Permit No. WQ0016247.
