Inspection Summary:
This is a 2021 AR review for permit WQ0006906 for the Town of Taylorsville. There are a total of seven fields in this permit.
The newly permitted field did not have biolsolids applied to it in 2021.
A total of four fields received biosolids during 2021. A total of 41.71 Dry Tons of Biolsolids were applied across 66.70 acres.
Of these fields, only one field required any lime amendments.
Application events were not observed for this permit.
However, the MRO would like to be contacted when the newly added field is scheduled to receive biosolids application.
The AR appears to meet the requirements of the permit.
