Dear Mr. Odom:
The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received and reviewed the 2020 Annual Report (AR) for
the above permit. The report indicates that land application of 41.71 dry tons of residuals
occurred on four program permitted fields.
All analytical data appears to be present. The report indicates the program is in compliance with
the permit for the Class B residuals.
The Sodium Absorption Ration (SAR) value and formula were presented correctly in the AR. The
SAR value meets requirements.
