Inspection Summary:
On February 21, 2022, MRO staff conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection for permit number WQ0006245, Sta-Lime
Distribution permit. The analytical data presented during the site visit is included as part of the AR. A separate report will be
issued for the AR. Analytical data reviewed during the site visit indicates that Pasteurization was achieved.
During the site visit, the uncovered residual storage pad was reviewed. Synagro has removed most of the Class "B" product
for LA under their permit. However, the pad is still in need of upgrades to prevent the residuals from being able to flow off of
the pad during a rain event.
