Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on March 14, 2022. Nick Adams
was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- 186+50 RT L (Site 15) - Extend rip rap to beginning of wing wall per plan.
- 147+00 RT L - Remove sediment from JS. Sediment was from an off site source. This was completed during the site
visit with follow up pictures received on 3.14.22. I have spoken to the landowner and will continue to work to get the site
into compliance.
- 70+00 LT L - Remove sediment from JS. Maintain measures in ditch. Follow up pictures were received on 3.17.22.
