Being a former dairy farmer with all mandated waste facilities, I have been under
threshold for the past three years, and am in compliance. Please accept this letter as my
request for rescission of my permit without closing the waste storage structures. I will
remain under the 100 confined cow threshold and will continue to maintain the waste
structures as always. I am aware of the consequences of being out of compliance. Thank
you for your consideration in this matter.
