On December 10, 2021, Michael Meilinger of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality
Regional Operations Section (WQROS), conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of facility AWC490030. During
the inspection records indicated that you applied on Corn outside of the Corn application window, in July 2021.
Violation I: III. Monitoring and Reporting Requirements 29. C.
All application must be in conformance with the CAWMP developed for the operation, including adherence to the
planned nutrient application rates.
