Have a look at the cover letter and the map. If they look OK, I'll finalize this one.

Charles,
With the information below, we are supporting issuance of the NCG530177. We would like to state in the cover letter
not to disturb or otherwise place structures in any potential wetland area. I realize this is difficult since COC, but without
an onsite review by the USACE, we feel it would be protective. We are open to issuance however because the USACE
makes this call plus there are signs the area in question was previously used as ag. land and therefore likely would
receive USACE approval to disturb. All that said, Mr. Brown when walking the site, indicating he was not disturbing the
area in question.

Please call me if this is not clear. Thanks.

Howard,
Based on review of aerial photos, the Corps project file, and LiDAR data, it does not appear that there are jurisdictional
wetlands abutting Cold Springs Creek at the property at 339 Cold Springs Creek Road in Topton. I hope this helps.
Have a good week,
David

David,
We totally lost one of our major farms in last year's flood in the Balsam Grove area. So we are trying to build a couple
of smaller farms closer to our processing and also so that we can look after them better.
I'm sure you have the cold springs address: 339 Cold springs Creek Rd. Topton N.C. 28781
The other location (very close to Andrews) is: 2654 Junaluska Road, Andrews N.C. 28901. This of course is on
Junaluska Creek.
Neither location would grow more than 100,000 lb year.
Thanks David
