We would like to state in the cover letter not to disturb or otherwise place structures in any potential wetland area. I realize this is difficult since COC, but without an onsite review by the USACE, we feel it would be protective. We are open to issuance however because the USACE makes this call plus there are signs the area in question was previously used as ag. land and therefore likely would receive USACE approval to disturb. All that said, Mr. Brown when walking the site, indicating he was not disturbing the area in question. 1 Please call me if this is not clear. Thanks. G. Landon Davidson, P.G. I hope this helps. So we are trying to build a couple of smaller farms closer to our processing and also so that we can look after them better. I'm sure you have the cold springs address: 339 Cold springs Creek Rd. Topton N.C. 28781 The other location (very close to Andrews) is: 2654 Junaluska Road, Andrews N.C. 28901. This of course is on Junaluska Creek. Neither location would grow more than 100,000 lb year. Thanks David 3
