Hello,
I'm writing in hopes that my comment will be a drop within a flood of comment urging against this new
development.
I am generally pro -development, but West Point and the Eno River are jewels of Durham. The Eno River
Association, of which I'm a long time member, has spent decades working acre by acre to protect the Eno and its
tributaries. The park is a haven for so many people in Durham of all ages and backgrounds. This development is
too dense and too near the park and tributaries of the Eno which give Durham residents clean water for
recreation and drinking. Protect the River! Thanks!
