This project is horribly short-sighted. Our schools are overcrowded, yet this development will likely make the
issue even worse (and since we only just had the census, we'll have to deal with continued and worsening
overcrowding for the next decade). Our natural resources are in peril and swiftly disappearing, yet the city and
the state seem perfectly fine to bend to the will of developers for the sake of a buck. Short sighted and negligent.
Stop this development. Don't ruin one of the parts of Durham that is a haven for so many, including animals.
Don't rob our children of the Durham we've had the pleasure of living in and enjoying.
