This development will hurt one of our most prized natural resources. I implore you to stop this development and
permanently protect this land by giving it to the Eno River Association immediately. Please focus instead on
making the developers who are covering downtown in new apartment buildings have truly affordable units in their
complexes. This city will soon be ruined by rampant growth greed and no one but temporary tech residents will
want to live here anymore. You can do so many things to protect and enrich this city for ALL residents and
blocking this project and protecting this land is one of them.
