The building of new apartments, condos and townhouses has created a building fervor that has become
destructive to the city and county of Durham. The last thing we should be doing is destroying the green spaces
that are critical to the quality of life for the people who live here. We NEED the Eno; its trees and its wildlife to
maintain the health of our climate and the beauty of our community. When the pandemic was at its height the
Eno was critical in helping us maintain our mental and physical health. There are places in Durham that could be
repurposed for apartments. Do not destroy the Eno by chipping away at it. Do. Not. Approve. This. Project.
