I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. The proposed development raises
many concerns for me, including negative impacts on: water quality, animal habitat, flooding and water run-off. In
addition, it will create additional traffic problems on an already busy Roxboro Street that will soon become busier
with the new Northern High School. I believe this development proposal demands further review and
investigation.
