I live in a historic farm house just upriver from the proposed development. (We live at Guess and Latta.) This
development is bad for our ecosystem. We want our toddler to grow up being able to play in the clean water of
the beautiful Eno River. We want affordable housing in Durham. We want there to be fewer sewer overflows and
less flooding in Durham. This development is none of those things! It will make river pollution worse. It will not
provide affordable housing. It will make flooding worse. Please don't do this to my loved city. Please don't do this
to my home.
