Please this is not what this beautiful and fragile area needs ... I have lived in Durham for 35 years and have
seen may changes to our beautiful city some wonderful but others are making Durham look more like Carry nc .
Which in many peoples opinions is the Mose ugly city in North Caroline, because of there building practices.
When people from Durham see house all jammed together and condos coming up like mushrooms they say it
looks like Carry and that's not a good thing. We are the City of trees please remember that in your choices . That
is why people what to move to Durham... because we are not Carry or Raleigh. We still have a really beautiful
city . But what you are doing with your city planning is quickly changing what is so Attractive to so many people.
Please stop this development for so many reasons!!! Our beautiful Eno does not deserve this ...please protect
this incredible area of Durham. Ever person that comes to visits me ,"She" is the first place I bring them... They
fall in love with Durham right away ... we need these natural areas for our children and then there's. It's so
important...
