I am opposed to this project for many reasons and believe we should take action to protect the beloved Eno
River. This development will negatively impact water quality that the public has direct contact with via drinking
water and enjoyment of the Eno, which many Durham residents can be found fishing, swimming, or enjoying
year round.
We also have a responsibility to protect threatened species that call the Eno home such as the Neuse River
Waterdog.
At a crucial time such as this when our public spaces, the ecosystem, and environment are in constant danger,
we must do the right thing and take measures to protect these valuable resources on our planet.
