I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. I do not think this project or specific
permit is in the public interest of Durham residents or the environment. This project will have significant impacts
to: water quality, endangered & threatened species, West Point City Park and Historic Site, and dozens of other
issues that are not being addressed.
