It's not good for the environment, it's not good for the neighborhoods around it, (I live in one of them). I don't want
anything built, and think the land should be officially added to the park as a conservation effort. I think Durham
needs to work on affordable housing but that this not only doesn't address the need for more low income housing
but it adds insult to injury damaging existing space for wildlife as well as the land bordering a beloved park.
