I believe this project will have a profoundly negative impact on North Durham and the Eno River. The
construction and subsequent development will harm and damage this protected water source. The loss of
vegetion and forest will also impact local wildlife. The development will impact the risk for flooding in an area that
has seen problems in the past. Traffic to this already congested area will also be negatively impacted. I
understand the need for affordable housing but this developer does not have a strong proposal to actually
ensure it would be "affordable". The negative outcomes on the watershed will be profound and harm a beautiful
Green space of North Durham that the community greatly enjoys.
