The quiet refuge of the forests at West Point on the Eno are my favorite place in Durham when I need an
escape, a relaxing hike, or a day outside. It really hurts my heart to think of these old forests being cut down for
more housing. I would be so sad, and I would not consider visiting West Point often anymore. I really do not think
this development would be good for the existing community.
