Many of the points I would raise have already been stated. Density too high compared to surrounding area,
increased burden on infrastructure (roads, water), out of character with area, and will be devastating to
environment. I understand that Durham has a housing shortage, but let's not overcorrect and try to build as many
homes as we possibly can everywhere there is land.
