This project is terrible and disturbs the LITTLE preserved natural environments we have left in this area. I don't
want to live in a concrete jungle that's on fire (since this is bad for the environment as well.) it violates the 401
Individual Clean Water Act Permit disturbances. I do not think this project or specific permit is in the Public
Interest of Durham residents or the environment
