This development is both unnecessary and detrimental to the Eno River and surrounding natural areas. The
approval for the development permit was also sketchy- based on extremely dated site plans that were incorrectly
stamped in the first place by a former city counsel director. Do NOT develop this area without consulting the
residents of Durham and without considering the issues we already have with our drinking water quality. Runoff
from this development will further pollute the Eno water source.
