This project would destroy many acres of beautiful forest that has been preserved to date, put more strain on our
local economy- contributing to already rising rent costs, let alone cause more risk to our community's wellbeing
from environmental impacts of a development being so close to the water. DEQ does not have to go along with a
project just because it supposedly brings more money to the state. The costs far outweigh the benefits here. Do
not approve this project.
