As a taxpayer,. I do not believe these developers have taken steps to comply with existing laws and regulations.
I've looked at maps and the opposition statement of Black Meadow Ridge committee.. I think the facts and data
presented by that group must be answered ---developers prepared sales marketing documents and lobby instead
of preparing responsible plans to use land wisely and to ensure that the Eno and Warren Creek don't become a
dirty concrete flooding ditch like Crabtree Creek in Raleigh. I have seen Wake County ruin the Neuse and
Crabtree Creek and leave taxpayers to deal with the ruination please do not allow the Eno and our drinking water
in Durham be destroyed in the same way.
