I have been going to the West Point on the Eno park since I was a child, over 20 years. I have been picking up
trash in my spare time since the pandemic started. Please do not approve of this project. The citizens of Durham
will not benefit from greedy property management companies with overpriced properties or negative
environmental impacts that the construction will bring. Please preserve the beautiful land that is already there. If
you go forward with this project, you do not care about conserving and protecting the environment, or
maintaining one of Durham's favorite state parks.
