As an Architect for 45 years and past planning board member in Pennsylvania and Maine I am deeply
disappointed in this proposed plan. I wonder if the designers ever visited the land at all as evidenced by the total
disregard for topography, drainage, density, and traffic issues. I have seldom seen such a ham handed
development plan as this one and It is hard to believe this proposal has made its way to this stage at all as it
should have been killed at first glance.
Yes, housing is needed and I can think of many other ways to provide it. It should be back to the drawing board
for this one.
