Falls lake does not needs mud and fertilizer runoff. You could stop this.. It also could stop deer waste form
getting in the lake.. I live near Umstead and developers are building right up to the property line. The PNC arena
trashed a lake with runoff.
Plus in live in Raleigh, I drink the water.
