I have seen the flooding issues at West Point on the Eno and in surrounding neighborhoods. I have seen the
traffic issues on Roxboro Rd that will be exacerbated by the development of the new Northern high school. I
enjoy West Point on the Eno park and I know this development will have a big impact on the surrounding wildlife.
I know that this development will reduce the water quality in Durham.
Durham can do better than shoving a large, high density neighborhood right next to its river. This will have
significant public impact and needs greater oversight and higher level of review.
