After reviewing the available information I oppose the Westpoint project. The proposed project has a serious
negative impact on the quality of drinking water, on the preservation of a very special place for Durham and other
NC citizens (West Point on the Eno) but also creates traffic and noise pollution to the area. The high density of
the proposed development and lack of an appropriate buffer zone create potential for additional run-off issues
and damage to West Point on the Eno property. The proposal should NOT be approved.
