This is yet another example of Durham's interests in quality of life generally-- and water quality in particular --
must come to the fore to prevent potential impact on the Eno watershed. We do need more high density
residential development in Durham, but there is huge scope for in -fill developments close to downtown and to
areas that peopled want to live and work, and areas that will not have a major impact on either watersheds or on
road transportation infrastructure. The Westpoint proposal is just very negative on both.
