I love Westpoint on the Eno and do not support developing any "public" parks for housing. Public parks are a
communal resource (a common) and should not be used this way. There is the potential for damage to historical
property, public resources, and waterways. Government officials should utilize the uncertainty principles more
than they presently do. They would do less harm. Our family is already considering leaving North Durham
because of development in the area. Adding 300 townhouses to our beloved local, PUBLIC, park would be a
gross misuse of responsibility. Please reconsider and do not build this development in the people's park.
