The location of this land is incredibly special. The proposed development needs to be full understood and vetted
under modern rules and regulations. This is not something that can just be built without discussing.
This will greatly change the view from West Point Park, the traffic pattern on Stadium and Horton, the water run
off in the area and the travel patterns of local animals.
Once done this can never be undone. That alone deserves a modern understanding of what the changes will do
to Durham.
