I do not think this housing development is wise. The plan seems to be a one track way for developers to make a
profit to the exclusion of the environment and the culture of Durham. Even if this were to be an affordable
housing project, this location is not the best due to water run off issues, wildlife conservation, and so much more.
Please reconsider this plan and do what is best for the majority of people and wildlife in our home.
